Sundubu Jjigae Recipe
Today I want to share a Sundubu Jjigae recipe. Sundubu Jjigae
can be made with some oil and fat from the meat, but this Korean version of
Tofu Soup is definitely healthy. This soup is made with just a touch of oil,
low sodium veggie sauce, kimchi, (which is great and good for your gut health)
and tofu. . In Malay, we call Soft Tofu Stew. The sundubu is a soft Tofu.
Jjigae is a stew or soup. Sundubu-jjigae is in Korean cuisine. These dishes are
made with tofu, vegetables, sometimes mushrooms, onions, seafood, selected
meats, and gochujang or gochu noodles. It tastes really good. This sundubu
Jjigae I've tried to cook several times. And the important ingredient is
KIMCHI. Must be QOLBI KIMCHI always at home.
Ingredients:

tofu (sundubu)

How to
make stew:
1. Cut Onion
2. Garlic
and ginger. (Blend or if it can be dilated hard)
3. Start
from the beginning, Add cooking oil. Fry onion, garlic and ginger. Then, add
the Kimchi, Qolbi Kimchi.
4. Then add
the chilli powder. If you're a spicy fan. You can get in that chili powder a
lot. But this KIMCHI Qolbi is a little spicy. You can choose to spicy or not
spicy.
5. Add
meat. Slightly soften and enter Water. (if you want more water, put more water.
6. Then
add anchovy cubes, fish sauce (in two tablespoons) and enough soy sauce.
7. Let it
cook properly
