JJAMPPONG RECIPE
For fans of Korean shows, you have definitely seen this
Korean Jjamppong Soup dish. The food looks very tasty and delicious. But these
dishes are usually cooked using non-halal ingredients. Want to try cooking?
Here is how to cook Jjamppong which is delicious but uses the halal ingredients
by me. Please try.
- 1 pack of Korean wheat noodles - interchangeable with other favourite noodles.
- 1 cup chicken broth - cut dice, mix with a little salt and black pepper
- 6 shrimp - peeled skin
- 10 mussels - clean
- 4 squid
- (Can be used for seafood only)
REGULAR WATER MATERIAL:
- 1 tablespoon of anchovies
- 3 dried shiitake mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 8 cups of water
MATERIALS
- Sliced carrot slices
- Onion slices to taste
- Long (Chinese) cabbage should suffice
- 3 cloves of garlic - mashed
- 1 inch ginger - mash
- 3 tablespoons gochugaru (Korean chili powder) - reduce if you don't like spicy taste
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- A bit of black pepper powder
- Cooking oil @ olive oil is enough
- Salt to taste
COOKING METHOD
1. Mix all the boiling water ingredients into the pot. Bake
for 20 minutes using high heat. Then lower the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Filter the boiling water and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons gochugaru with 2
tablespoons olive oil. Dismiss.
3. Heat oil in a saucepan and fry garlic and ginger.
4. Then enter the contents of the chicken. Mix well until
slightly cooked.
5. Next add vegetables and seafood. Boiled mushrooms for
boiling water can also be sliced and put together. Mix up for a moment.
6. Insert the gochugaru paste earlier.
7. Mix ingredients thoroughly and coated flat.
8. Add stock of water @ boiled water, fish sauce, sesame
oil, black pepper and salt to taste. Let it cool down.
9. When the vegetables have softened, put out the fire and
ready to enjoy.
10. If you like, you can add seaweed slices before enjoying
with noodles or rice. You can just eat it.
